Hello, and welcome

This is
what I look like. Can't do much about it, I'm afraid, but I like to think
the grey hair makes me look distinguished. When I wear my favourite
red jumper, my children call me Santa! Although I was christened
James, my friends and family call me Jim, so I hope you will
do the same.
I love writing
books for kids and teenagers. Thirty-two of them
so far,
and counting. This site tells you a bit
about them and about me, too. Here's the most recent,
available in Australian and New Zealand bookshops now, but sadly, not in the
US or UK.
A lot of readers have been waiting
anxiously for this conclusion to the story that began with
'The Book of Lies' and continued with 'Master of the Books.'

authors, so I've created this website to help you out.
You
can even email me yourself if you like. I like to
hear what you think of my stories, but if you have a lot of
